Reformed supermodel Naomi Campbell's community service wardrobe has lead to a huge demand for Christian Louboutin boots. The English beauty, 36, wore a string of expensive, designer labels as she arrived every day for her week-long stint at New York City's Sanitation Department last month. Once inside, she changed into department regulation workwear.
