World Boxing Council (WBC) light-middleweight champion Oscar dela Hoya continued his high-intensity training in Puerto Rico to prepare for his fight with undefeated challenger Floyd Mayweather next month.
Dela Hoya has been doing a lot of “roadwork,” jogging an uphill route while wearing a 25-pound vest. His conditioning coach made him do 200-meter dash eight times to boost his stamina.
Dela Hoya showed dedication in training by putting his body through pain to get himself in tip-top shape. He is eager to give Mayweather his first loss.
